Follow the whole Caedmon’s Call band as they revisit their years on the road, all culminating in two sold-out shows at the Ryman Auditorium in April of 2023. I used the wrong email for my purchase! If you either sent your reciept to the wrong email or used a typo in your purchase, you can still log into the portal here with your incorrect email. FAQ’s
TO PURCHASE TICKETS AS A GIFT:
First, we suggest purchasing gift tickets separately from one’s own ticket. Then at checkout, provide the email of the gift recipient. The confirmation email will then go to that individual immediately. Make sure to save the username and password you created and send to the recipient of the gift.
TO ACCESS THE PRODUCTS:
As soon as your purchase is complete through the online Squarespace store, you will be sent an email from Squarespace/Caedmon’s Call (the streaming platform) with access instructions for the stream. Please check your junk/spam/promotions folder if you did not receive it immediately. Make sure to verify your email address using the email sent to the purchasing email.
Alternatively, anyone who has purchased a ticket can also watch the show by logging into your account on Andrew Peterson’s website with the purchase email address. Go to CaedmonsCall.com, and click “Sign In” in the footer. The show will be visible under the “My Products” section once logged in. If you need additional assistance, please complete the above form and our team can get you squared away.
Forgot Password? The login portal will give you the ability to click “forgot password” and reset your password using the email you signed up with. If the portal is automatically filling in your email, click “not you” at the bottom, which will bring up the “forgot password” option.

What does a single ticket cover?
A single ticket purchase allows for a household to watch the show. If you have a group that would like to watch, please fill out the above form.
Do we need to have a specific internet speed?
Vimeo, our streaming partner requires a minimum download speed of 6 megabits per second (Mbps) to view a show. To test your speed, follow these instructions:
Step 1: Visit www.speedtest.net
Step 2: Press "GO"
Once your internet connection has been tested, you will be able to see three metrics – Ping, Download and Upload. Confirm that your download speed is at least 6 Mbps.
